Clutter Studios, LLC uses USPS, Fedex & UPS, unless a special request is made.
We recommend priority mail, UPS, or Fedex shipping, if you do choose first-class mail it will be at your own risk and cannot be tracked once it leaves the USA. If this parcel is lost, no replacement or refund will be available.
Domestic: Orders will ship within 7 business days. Unless the item purchased is a Gallery order or a Pre-order item.
International/Canada: Orders will ship within 10 business days. Unless the item purchased is a Gallery order or a Pre-order item.
Estimated delivery dates will be provided by the shipping carrier. Clutter Studios can only provide tracking numbers when a method of shipping allows it. Clutter Studios are not responsible for shipments that are lost in transit when choosing an option (such as first-class mail) that does not provide a tracking number. Clutter Studios are also not responsible for refunds of lost items higher than the value set by USPS unless additional insurance is purchased when shipping. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. If you refuse delivery of your goods or are not available to sign for them and as a result, the goods are returned to us, a delivery charge will still apply (including where you have received free delivery). If you require something urgently, please contact us before you place your order.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible via e-mail or telephone.
Clutter Studios will notify you by way of e-mail when your goods are to be dispatched to you. This e-mail will contain any tracking information that is applicable.
Items that are stolen from a property are not the responsibility of Clutter Studios, If the tracking number shows delivered no other action can be taken from the shipper or shipping service. No refund or replacement is available. Missing or stolen packages should be reported to the shipping service and police as soon as possible. If this is a problem you experience regularly — we ask that you contact us to add signature required, which will increase the cost of shipping slightly.
Damages in Shiping
We will assume that all goods delivered are in good condition. If Clutter Studios receives no communication from you, within 5 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in acceptable condition and with no problems. Any discrepancies or damages reported after this time limit will not be rectified.
If Goods are being ordered from outside the USA, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. Clutter Studios are not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and Clutter Studios cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.
Tracking numbers on parcels provided by USPS are only valid until they reach their destination country. We cannot provide any further tracking information than we are provided with. Parcels will only be considered lost after 30 days from the ship date. Please note that International First Class mail can take up to 14 working days to be delivered.
Please be aware pre-order dates can and do sometimes change. The dates given in the product description are those set by the manufacturer. When placing an order for a Pre-Order item please note that any other items purchased in the same order will be held back until all items have arrived. If you wish to have other items from your order dispatched before your pre-order arrives there will be an additional delivery charge. Payment is taken upon completion of the order and not when the order ships. You accept these terms when placing an order for an item that is on pre-order. If you have any further questions regarding pre-orders please contact us. Change of pre-order dates, does not entitle customers to a refund, no matter how long the delay is.
On occasion, shipping will be collected on an order once that product is ready to ship. You will be notified of this going through the check-out process, and your order will show a $0.00 shipping charge. We will contact you for that payment once the order is complete, and we will hold that order until the shipping invoice is paid. If you do not pay the shipping invoice within 30 days of contact (at least 3 emails will be sent), your order will be considered canceled and you will not receive a refund for your order.
