Clutter Gallery has teamed up with internationally recognized glass artist Just Another Glassblower (JAG) for their premier exhibition featuring the medium of glass! This exciting collaboration with one of the world’s top glass artists marks an exciting new day in the history of Designer Toys!
JAG, best known for his sculptural glass money bags and functional artistic smoking devices, has established himself as one of the top names in lampworking – a form of glasswork that uses a torch to shape and manipulate molten borosilicate glass. The end result is nothing short of magnificent, as is proven by his legacy in the glass industry. Consistently setting the bar higher, JAG is stepping into the world of Designer Toys, presenting his artwork to a whole new audience and bringing high-end glass art into a world traditionally ruled by resin and vinyl.
In his first show with Clutter Gallery, JAG is presenting the JAGBOT, putting his money bag head atop the famous Canbot form body by Czee13. This new production piece is a resin rendition of his glass creation, complete with inset dollar bills and a personality all it’s own!
The opening reception will be free to the public and take place on Saturday, September 17th, from 2 pm – 9 pm.
