What do you get when you take a New Yorker and two Kentuckians with a twisted sense of humor who love bright colors, cute characters, and cartoon calamities? Why you get Mini Mayhems! A show of all original characters and zany mishaps by @bruckaroni and The Bots (@thejennbot @thetonybot) .
Bruckaroni is a New York-based illustrator, toy designer, graphic designer, and animator. He’s also a big kid at heart and enjoys creating Toys n’ Thangs for the fun, quirky, individual who enjoys letting their inner child out to play!
The Bots, a husband and wife duo from Fort Thomas, KY, specializes in art toys and character development. From fun vibrant characters to the grumpiest of monsters, The Bots’ art is more than just visually appealing, it focuses on a story-first approach and resonates with a sense of joy and nostalgia that appeals to fans of all ages. Their ability to infuse personality and charm into each sculpture makes their work instantly recognizable and beloved by many.
The opening reception will take place on Saturday, July 13th, 2024, (as part of Beacon’s Second Saturday art walk), and all pieces will remain on display until August 2nd, 2024.
