@breakboness (Cristina Salazar) is a Graphic designer by profession, based in Mexico City, currently specializing in the customization of art toys. Best known for her juxtaposition of skeletons and nature, usually in the form of birds or flowers, and often incorporating gold leaf arcing back to the religious iconography associated with the solar deities, her work is highly detailed and beautifully executed.
@revise_D is an accomplished artist with over 20 years of experience in painting and graffiti. His vivid, dynamic work often features animals, cartoons, and a mix of the whimsical with the slightly eerie, all characterized by bold lines and vibrant colors. For the past five years, Revise D has also been customizing designer toys, and more recently, he’s started crafting his own resin toys. This venture showcases his versatility and passion for exploring new artistic mediums.
The opening reception will take place on Saturday, August 24th, 2024, and all pieces will remain on display until September 20th, 2024.
